MELA collects account and enquiry information only to provide academy services and manage requested communication.

Passwords are stored as cryptographic hashes. Session cookies are HTTP-only. Administrative routes require an authenticated Administrator role.

Production deployment should add a finalized jurisdiction-specific privacy policy, data-retention schedule, email provider terms, and contact details before public launch.
